A. Introduction

Welcome to Scooper Trooperz, LLC! By engaging our dog waste removal services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern the relationship between you and Scooper Trooperz, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for all services provided, including but not limited to pet waste removal and yard deodorizing. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with our services.

Scooper Trooperz, LLC is committed to providing professional, reliable, and hygienic pet waste removal services to residential and commercial clients. We aim to maintain a clean, safe, and odor-free environment for you, your pets, and your community.

B. Services Provided

Scooper Trooperz, LLC offers the following services:  

1. Pet Waste Removal: We will visit your property on a scheduled basis (two times weekly, weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time cleanups) to remove dog waste from your yard.  
2. Yard Deodorizing and Disinfecting: Optional add-on services to deodorize and disinfect your lawn, using chemicals that meet PPGSA (Pet and Playground Safety Association) standards. 

All services are subject to the conditions outlined in this agreement, including weather, yard accessibility, and pet behavior.

C. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth service experience, the Client agrees to:  

1. Provide clear access to the service area (e.g., unlocked gates, no obstructions). If we cannot access the area due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other barriers, the service will be skipped, and charges will still apply. A $25 driving fee may be added if a return visit is requested.  
2. Secure pets during service visits if they are aggressive or territorial. Scooper Trooperz, LLC is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by unsecured or aggressive pets.
3. Maintain the yard in a condition that allows for effective waste removal (e.g., grass should not be excessively tall, and debris like leaves should be minimal). We cannot guarantee a thorough clean if visibility is obstructed.  
4. Notify us of any changes in the number of pets or yard conditions that may affect service.

D. Pricing and Billing 

1. Transparent Pricing: Scooper Trooperz, LLC adheres to a clear and straightforward pricing structure with no hidden fees. Pricing is based on the size of the yard, frequency of service, and number of dogs. A detailed quote will be provided before service begins.  
2. Billing Cycle: Services are pre-billed monthly on the 1st of each month. Payment is due immediately upon invoicing. One-time cleanups are paid before the service is completed.  
3. Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards through our secure online portal. Declined payments will result in immediate suspension of service until resolved. If payment is overdue by more than 30 days, a first-time cleanup fee may apply upon resumption of service, and the account may be sent to collections.  
4. Rate Adjustments: Scooper Trooperz, LLC reserves the right to adjust rates based on current market conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

E. Cancellation Policy 

1. Cancellations Before the Day of Service: Clients may cancel their service at any time by providing written notice via text or through our client portal at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. If the cancellation occurs before the day of service, a prorated refund for the unused portion of the service will be credited to the Client’s next month’s invoice. 
2. Cancellations on the Day of Service: No refunds will be granted for cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service. The full service fee will be charged, as our team will have already allocated resources and time for the visit. 
3. Missed Services Due to Client Issues: If we are unable to perform the service due to Client-related issues (e.g., locked gates, aggressive pets in the yard), the service will be skipped, and the Client will still be charged the full service fee. 
4. Any cancellations that occur due to any reason may result in extra accumulation that will need to be picked up during the next visit. If this accumulation is such that it exceeds the capacity of the bin, and an additional bin (bins) are required there will be an overage fee assessed for each additional bin. Payment for overages will be assessed on the next month’s invoice.
5. Commercial Clients: Commercial clients must provide 30 days’ written notice for cancellations.

F. Service Interruptions 

1. Weather Conditions: Scooper Trooperz, LLC will work through light rain and cold as long as it is safe to do so. However, we cannot service during severe weather conditions such as thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or snow accumulation. In such cases, the service will be skipped, and we will resume on the next scheduled visit. Refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.
2. Holidays: We do not provide service on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If your scheduled service falls on one of these days, we will attempt to schedule on a different day. If unable to reschedule, the customer will be refunded the amount for that missed service on the next month’s invoice.

G. Liability  

1. Scooper Trooperz, LLC is not responsible for damages to property, gates, or landscaping caused during service, unless due to gross negligence on our part.  
2. We are not liable for escaped pets due to defective gates or latches. We will endeavor to notify you if we observe any issues with your gate.  

H. Pet-Related Injuries to Employees

The Client acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for ensuring the safety of Scooper Trooperz employees during service visits. If a dog or any other pet on the Client’s property injures an employee—whether through biting, scratching, or any other aggressive behavior—the Client shall be fully liable for all resulting damages, including but not limited to medical expenses, lost wages, and any other costs incurred by Scooper Trooperz or the injured employee. The Client is required to secure any aggressive or territorial pets prior to the scheduled service visit to prevent such incidents. Scooper Trooperz reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the agreement immediately, without refund, if a pet poses a safety risk to our employees, as determined at our sole discretion. The Client further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Scooper Trooperz, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, lawsuits, or liabilities arising from pet-related injuries sustained during the provision of services.

I. Privacy and Communication 

1. We collect personal information (e.g., name, address, payment details) to provide our services. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website (www.scoopertrooperz.com).
2. By signing up for our services, you agree to receive communications from us, including service updates, invoices, and promotional offers. You may opt out of promotional emails by following the instructions provided in the message.

J. Termination of Service

Scooper Trooperz, LLC reserves the right to terminate service immediately, without refund, in the following cases:  

1. Verbal, physical, or written abuse (including threats) toward our staff.  
2. Non-payment of invoices. 
3. Repeated failure to provide access to the service area or secure aggressive pets.
4. Clients may terminate service at any time, subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 5.

K. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
