Replying to the technician when they communicate they are headed to your property. A reply will indicate that the property is safe and dog free for the technician to begin service. If no reply is received, the technician will wait 5 minutes and then skip the service. (This is paramount to ensure the safety of the technician)
Maintaining safe access into and out of the yard. If we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup.
Ensuring that no dogs are present in the service area during the time of service. We will do our utmost to ensure that you know when we are coming and when we are done.
Immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets and prompt payment of balances due.
Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will skip the service and not charge for that day.
If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know at least one day in advance to pause the service.
We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.
Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.
